Ravindranath Tagore’s translation in English

Whatever worship cannot be fulfilled in life, I am well aware that they have not been lost. The flower that has flown on the earth before blossoming, which loses its stream in the way of the river desert, I know well that they have not been lost. Whatever is left behind in life, whatever remains incomplete, I am well aware that it has also not been in vain. My future, which is still untouched, they are ringing in the string of your harp, I know well, they have also lost.
